Getting Started


How do I navigate inside the course?

​​There are two forms of navigation in each course:​

  1. Lessons: Every course has a menu/utility bar situated to the left of the content area. Click it to hide or expand the course content and utilities. In the content area, you can navigate to parts of the course and can view your progress.
  2. Next and previous buttons: Each course has “Next” and “Previous” buttons situated just above the content area. Each button will allow you to move forward and backward through the course pages.

How do I sign in/log in to see my courses?

Click on the “Sign in” link in the top right corner of the browser. Enter your email address and password to login. If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot your password" in the log in area.

How long will I have access to my courses?

For on-demand eLearning courses and certifications, you'll have access for one full year following the purchase date. For virtual and live training certifications, you'll have access to all course content for 60 days from the end-date of the training.

Accessing Your Courses


Can I take more than one course at a time?

There is no limit to the number of courses that can be taken at any given time.

Do I have to be online at a specific time?

Your courses are available around the clock, which means that you can sign in at any time, day or night, and take your course.

I already purchased a course. How do I sign-in?

Click on the “Sign in” link in the top right corner of the browser. Enter your email address and password to login. If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot your password" in the log in area.

How do I access my course(s)?

If you are not logged in, click “Sign In” from the top right of your browser. Once you login you will be redirected to your dashboard. From here you will see a list of courses you have access to. You can start a new course or resume a course you have already started.

Course Questions


Can I take notes in my course?

There is a "Notes" utility available in every course, which can be found in the left menu of the course. You are free to save notes along the way which you can access for as long as you have access to the course.

How do I access or download course materials?

Some courses include a Resources > Files utility within the left sidebar of the course that includes downloadable files. This is where you can access and download any documents made available by the course author.

Supported Browsers, Devices & Technology


Is internet access required?

Yes, an internet connection is required to log in and view your online course. All courses offer a range of multimedia features, and we recommend that you have a good broadband or network connection for the optimal experience.

Can I take the courses on my tablet or smartphone?

iLEARNING+ was built to work on all tablets and smartphones. Layouts, scrolling or displays may vary depending on the device you have.

What browsers are supported?

Web Browsers: We support the current and the previous major release of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft browsers. This currently includes Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. Each time a new browser version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version.

Mobile Browsers: We support current and previous Android and iOS operating systems.

Troubleshooting audio issues

We recommend when having problems with audio to check your internet connection, reset your internet connection if necessary, clear your cache, and update your browser or try another browser. Additionally, check your speaker/headphone connection and your audio system preferences.

Refund Policy


Refund Policy

Courses and certifications purchased on the iLEARNING+ website are eligible for a refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the request conforms with our refund policy.

Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for a iLEARNING+ Store Credit, which can be applied to the purchase of other courses or certifications for up to one year from the issue date.

30-day refund policy

Our 30-day refund policy allows you to sample our courses and certifications risk-free. We also have a duty to protect our instructors from fraud and provide them with a reliable payment schedule. Because we are obligated to pay our instructors on established payment schedules, we are not able to process refund requests received more than30 days after the purchase date.

Reasons for denied refunds

In circumstances where we believe there has been refund abuse, we retain the right to limit or deny refund claims. Refund requests will be declined under circumstances including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Before requesting a refund, a learner has viewed a significant portion of a course or certification.
  • A learner has requested multiple refunds for the same course or certification.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a learner.
  • Refunds will not be issued to users who have their account reported or banned.

Store credits

In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a refund, an iLEARNING+ Store Credit equal to the purchase price of the course or certification will be granted. An iLEARNING+ Store Credit can be applied to another course or certification of equal or lesser value, and may be redeemed for up to one year from the issue date.

Refund Status FAQs


When will I receive my refund?

Depending on your financial institution or location, the funds may take 10 to 15 business days or longer to post to your account. If your financial institution is located in the U.S., your refund should post to your account within 10 business days.

I requested a refund more than 10 business days ago, but I still do not see the credit appearing in my account.

Depending on your financial institution or location, it may take 10 to 15 business days to appear in your account after iLEARNING+ has completed your refund request. Some refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed and confirmed to you by iLEARNING+, please contact your bank directly. Please contact iLEARNING+ support below if your bank does not show the reimbursement in their records.

It has been more than 30 days since I requested my refund, but I haven’t received it yet. What do I do now?

Please contact iLEARNING+ support below if it has been more than 30 days since you requested a refund and the refund processing was confirmed to you by iLEARNING+, if you still have not received it.

What is a “Store Credit?”

In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a refund to your original payment method, we will issue an iLEARNING+ Store Credit. You will be issued an iLEARNING+ Store Credit equal to the amount of the purchase price of the course or certification, which you may apply to another course or certification of equal or lesser value.

When do Store Credits expire?

You may use your Store Credit for up to one year from the issue date.
